"In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements.
Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover.
Cons: I stayed in room #105.
1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright.
2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud.
3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out."

RRae FrykbergSiamo arrivati alle 2:30 e abbiamo dovuto andare in camera, ordinare LYFT e andare a una riunione programmata per le 5:00. Il desk person ha detto che il check in tempo è 4:00 ma sarebbe venuto a vedere se una stanza era stata pulita e pronta per l'occupazione. Ha verificato che uno era pronto e ci ha permesso di andare in quella stanza.
Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel erano amichevoli e cortesi. Il personale del desk mi ha anche aiutato a trovare un app Lift sul mio telefono. Il buffet del colazione era davvero buono e ampio. C'era sempre una linea per cucinare le waffles che causavano una linea di spostamento e lenta. Forse ci sono più ferro di waffle. Volevo ordinare cibo da un vicino Panera Broad, ma il personale del dipartimento chiamato e/o guardato in linea per trovarlo era stato chiuso. Suggeriva che se avessi ordinato l'app Panera Bread, la persona che guida la navetta potesse portarmi a un altro Panera Bread un po' più lontano per prendere il cibo. Ho accettato la sua offerta, ho comprato un snack al conducente e le ho dato un consiglio. Ho potuto avere un bel pasto a mezzanotte.
I letti erano molto comodi. Mi piace la porta del bagno con vetro ”cloud” che permette la luce per l'uso della camera da bagno durante la notte. Mi piace l'uso di contenitori di sapone da bagno, ecc. che sicuramente tagliano sull'uso di contenitori più piccoli, parzialmente utilizzati e gettati - Vai via.
Una cosa importante che suggeriamo è che il segno di strada per la strada Arrow sia molto più grande. Non essere locali, la zona era poco familiare con noi, c'è traffico pesante e il segno di strada Arrow è molto difficile da vedere.
Altrimenti, ci piaceva stare in questo hotel.

Eravamo molto felici di controllare, il cameriere del front desk, Terence Jones era amichevole e molto utile con suggerimenti per cena e luoghi di visita. L'hotel era molto pulito, il personale pulisce sempre il lobby e la zona di colazione era molto pulita e ben stoccata. Il colazione era davvero buono, le opzioni sono un po' sopra un colazione continentale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, il letto era super comodo, che è molto importante per noi. Grande pressione della doccia e temperatura dell'acqua. Lo consiglio certamente. Era soddisfacente.

CChaLoveI enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

Ho prenotato e prepagato diversi giorni prima dell'arrivo e la stanza che avevo prenotato non era disponibile. L'hotel ha detto che hanno raggiunto trip.com per farli sapere che non avrei una stanza e per contattarmi. Invece ho ricevuto una conferma di posta elettronica che dichiarava che la mia stanza era disponibile per il check-in. L'hotel è stato molto bello e mi ha aiutato a ottenere una stanza disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi, ma trip.com rifiutato di fare qualsiasi tipo di rimborso per loro diverse stanza.

UUtente anonimoNon era un posto cattivo per stare, anche se mangiamo solo tre volte per colazione, 1 l'ultimo giorno che era gratuito a causa della cancellazione del volo così hanno dato mia figlia e io colazione gratuita, ma gli altri due sono stati 1 comp'd che un amico ha ricevuto per tre persone in cui l'altro è stato pagato da un amico. Inutile dire, ho pagato $45 per un giorno di colazione che probabilmente è stato perché la cameriera ci ha fatto mettere la nostra stanza #, anche se ha detto che aveva capito che i nostri pasti erano comp'd. Purtroppo anche dopo aver chiamato l'hotel, Parlando con una persona che mi ha mandato al direttore finanziario con cui ho lasciato un messaggio, ma non ha ancora richiamato in quasi una settimana.

SShelby HankinsLa nostra camera era molto pulita all'ingresso e il personale del desk era piacevole.È un tetto rosso, per quanto so che il marchio non offre normalmente colazione, ma hanno caffè al mattino in questa posizione. Mi piaceva anche poter aprire la nostra finestra per lasciare in aria fresca. Molti hotel non sono in grado di aprire le finestre dal momento che sono installate in modo permanente.
